WBW: A Simple Supine Yoga Sequence

Hi, hello! During my long stay in Arizona this year, I took a road trip with my sister to Bisbee, Arizona, a tiny mountain town about 10 miles from the Mexican border where it feels like you are traveling back in time.

We wandered around Lowell, AZ where old vintage cars from the 50's and 60's were still waiting for their owners to take them on a long lost Sunday joy-ride, admired the framed artwork on the Broadway stairs, spent relaxed mornings drinking coffee in our sun-drenched Airbnb that was filled with antique furnishings and trinkets, and hiked to see the shrine at the top of Chihuahua Hill.

I had absolutely the best time in Bisbee and will definitely be back. Along the way, we stopped at Saguaro National Park and drove up Mt. Lemmon; Arizona is one of my favorite states. It was a great way to end 2020 and jump into a fresh year.

On that note, in a typical year, January and February are the busiest months for yoga and fitness studios, so I'm curious to see how that will translate in this pandemic. I know how hard it is to stay motivated to practice yoga in a tiny apartment, Zoom'ed out from hours of online meetings. So I made for you this free, short, completely supine sequence that is great for most people, beginners especially (and great for many people suffering with chronic lower back pain). 😊
